In the series *SOR*, every patient represents a unique story, and successive shifts demonstrate that no two cases in the ER are alike. Patients admitted to the hospital will include, for instance, a critically injured motorcyclist whose condition fails to improve despite standard procedures; doctors and paramedics will also fight to save the life of a well-known TV presenter, while teenagers involved in a serious electric scooter accident will also arrive at the unit. A major test for the entire team will be a bus crash that places the ER on high alert. A large number of critically injured patients will arrive simultaneously, forcing doctors to make split-second decisions on which lives depend.
