Saleema is a former Indian actress who predominently acts in Malayalam films. She had a lead role in Aranyakam and a second lead in Vandanam. She is well popular in Malayalee audience for the portrayal of Ammini in Aaranyakam and Lekshmi in Nakakshatangakl. Saleema made her debut with Nakhakshathangal, a Malayalam movie in 1986. She is the daughter of famous Telugu actress Girija. She had acted in few Tamil, Kannada, Telugu movies as well. She was part of some TV serials also and has acted in more than 150 advertisements.
