Lei Se-lin is a Taiwanese actress and model of mixed Taiwanese and Paraguayan descent. Her father is Taiwanese, and her mother is Paraguayan. She was originally named Chang Ya-lan, following her father's surname, but later changed her surname to her mother's and adopted the name Lei Se-lin.
