Sergio Guataquira Sarmiento

Sergio was born in Bogotá the 5th of April in 1987. He left Colombia at 19 years old. He went to Europe to study fine arts in France and then Film Directing in Belgium. He spent three years studying at the school of fine arts in Poitiers. Later he continued his formation at the IAD film school (institute of the arts of diffusion). He’s currently completing his master’s degree with his graduation film “Simon Cries”.
