Caroline "Carrie" Snodgress (October 27, 1945 – April 1, 2004) was an American actress. She is best remembered for her role in the film Diary of a Mad Housewife (1970), for which she was nominated for an Academy Award. She also appeared in Easy Rider (1969), The Fury (1978), Pale Rider (1985), and Wild Things (1998).
