Reneesha Rahiman (born 10 July 1999 in Alathur, Palakkad district, Kerala) is an Indian actress and model who works in the Malayalam television and film industry. Born into a Muslim family - her father is Rahiman and she has a brother named Aneesh Rahiman - she completed her schooling and graduation in Palakkad before being encouraged by a family friend, Pradeep, to audition for the Asianet serial Seetha Kalyanam. Auditioned at age 17 and cast despite opposition from family members who preferred she focus on education and marriage, Reneesha played the character Swathi - described as a doting sister, lovable wife, and bold daughter-in-law - in the serial from 2018. The role ran for approximately three years on Asianet and became highly popular, making her one of the most recognisable faces in Malayalam television. She subsequently appeared in Manassinakkare (2021, Surya TV), Bhayam (2021, Zee Keralam), and Sitha Ramam (2022, Surya TV) in a negative role. She made her film debut with the Malayalam film Exit (2024). In March 2023, Reneesha participated in Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 5, entering as the very first contestant on premiere night. She emerged as the first runner-up at the grand finale on 2 July 2023 after 98 days in the house.
