Amrit Gurung is a legendary Nepali musician, singer, songwriter, and the co-founder and lead vocalist of Nepal's premier folk-rock band, Nepathya. Born on June 1, 1968, in Pokhara, Gurung has spent decades blending traditional rural melodies with contemporary rock. He acts as the sole continuous guardian of Nepathya, leading the band through numerous lineups and iconic hits.
